Garth graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 1997, and has been practicing in Richmond since then.
He has extensive training in Myofascial Release, trigger point therapy, and Schweitzer\'s Deep Tissue Therapy. His practice involves soft tissue injury and dysfunction due to postural anomaly, overuse, repetitive injury syndrome, and stress moderation. Rehabilitative techniques involve core stabilization, rehabilitative Pilates and movement / exercise for muscle balance and function.
When Garth isn’t working, he enjoys skiing, reading about skiing, and talking about skiing. Garth also enjoys the outdoors, running, and hiking. He is a self-professed ‘foodie’, and loves to collect new recipes for his wife to cook!
He lives in Ladner with his family.
